Some Midi loft bunk beds with storage have the desk built-in (as shown above), while other models, such as our Luna Midi-Bunk, feature a ladder on the right so that the table can be placed on the left. It is important to note that the majority of Midi loft beds with desks require the standard UK single mattress (3ft/90x190cm) with wooden slatted bases. This isn’t included in the cost of the bed, so we recommend looking at our mattress deals to find a deal that fits your budget!

Storage

A midi cabin bed with storage is the perfect solution for rooms for children that require extra space. These multifunctional kids beds are shorter than high-sleepers and typically have a staircase or ladder to make it easy to access. They are also typically fitted with a variety of smart storage components such as a desk, drawers and cupboards for toys, books and other things. Some midi loft bed models come with a stylish, moveable tent that can be used for sleepovers, games and activities.

Some of our cabin beds come with the option of adding doors to the drawers as well as cabinets. These are available in the same colour as the foot and head board chosen. Please ask in store, over the phone, or add a note to your purchase if this is something that you want.

The Luna low line loft or midi includes an unassuming staircase that can be turned, a table on wheels that slides in and out, two big drawers, and a cabinet door. Mattress

Most midi beds accept standard UK single mattresses and the top bunk comes with the safety rail to give you additional security. Some models have a fantastic pull-out drawer that can be used for sleepovers or more storage space below the bed. They can be open or equipped with doors (please look at the product details for more details).

Many midi cabins come with a desk that can be moved from one level to the other, or chests. This gives children their own space to store everything they own. This also means they don’t need to make use of floor space by using large wardrobes or shelves.

Some models have gone a step further by having cabinets that are flush mounted or even part of the headboard/footboard. This is great for storing books and toys.
