Three Wheeled Buggies

This was very comfortable for my kids.

The shape and size of the seat is another thing to think about. It is important for the seat to be big enough to allow your child to feel at ease and to lie down. Some three wheel pushchair-wheel buggies will have an option to lie flat completely while others only allow for the parent to be facing one.

Luckily, most models have small folding options that let you take off the front wheels to make compact storage.

Easy to Manoeuvre

A three-wheel buggy can be more comfortable to drive with a child. They are designed to ensure that the front wheels can turn on a dime, and are easy to navigate, making them ideal for difficult terrain like cobblestones, parks, bumpy roads, and dirt tracks.

MFM reviewer Kath tested a 3 wheeler with her newborn and toddler and wrote: “The Terrain was a pleasure to navigate over the rough terrain with the swivel rear wheel being especially helpful. I was also impressed with how well it dealt with kerbs using the hand-operated break. It was extremely stable when for descending or on uneven terrain.”

The only drawback to this incredible maneuverability is that the larger wheels of a 3 wheel buggy can sometimes make it difficult to squeeze into tight spaces. This is something you should keep in mind if your home area is one of the cities. If this is a problem then a 4-wheeler might be a better option for you.
